Official summary
Some 2023-2024 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with a flowthru floor console may exhibit a media bin door that will not open or is difficult to operate. This may be due to a missing or damaged guide finger and/or latch pin on the underside of the media bin. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to replace the media bin at the front of the floor console, inspecting the guide finger and latch pin, and submitting photos in a Vehicle Concern Report in OASIS.
