Some 2023 Expedition/Navigator vehicles may experience a heated seat indicator center display screen/switch mismatch (Navigator only) or speed assist off switch greyed out (Expedition only). This may be due to the software in the accessory protocol interface module (APIM). To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram the APIM using the latest level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool.
