Official summary
Some customers may complain about the following symptoms: A bark, hoot, crunch, chirp, honk noise and/or vibration during 1-2 shift while accelerating from a complete stop at operating temperature. • A vibration when engine restarting by i-stop function. • NOTE: See attached video file "Sample Noise" at end of document. This shift noise and/or vibration may be caused by improper hydraulic pressure control of the automatic transmission. To eliminate these concerns, the control software of the TCM has been modified.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
