Complaint 1. Cracking noises from the area of the rear axle 2. or a message in the instrument cluster "ESP, ABS failed". Cause Anti-cracking disk at the external joint of the side shaft at the rear axle is broken. Remedy • Customer complaint due to noises: • A test drive must be performed. For a precise noise analysis (localization of the noise), make use of the NVH/PICO.
