Official summary

Complaint Message in Instrument Cluster: "Active Brake Assist function restricted". The driver assistance systems are temporarily unavailable. Note: Please note the listed fault code! Cause Rarely, it may be the case that communication is interrupted due to a brief interruption in the power supply to the LRR (B92/12) or A108 (Active Brake Assist). Remedy Perform new SCN coding at BC_R (N10/8).
