Official summary

Some 2021-2023 Mustang Mach-E vehicles may exhibit a "1 Pedal Drive Fault - Press Brake Pedal To Reduce Speed" warning message displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) after a recent powertrain software update was received. A diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P0C2F:92 may also be stored in the secondary on-board diagnostic module-C (SOBDMC). This concern may also be present when One Pedal Drive mode is enabled. This condition does not affect vehicle durability and no additional diagnosis or service is required for this condition at this time. Inform customers that they can continue to drive

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
