Official summary
Some 2023-2024 Corsair Hybrid vehicles equipped with a 12 inch instrument panel cluster (IPC) display may exhibit a condition where the flat tow mode cannot be activated. This condition does not affect vehicle durability under normal driving conditions and no additional diagnosis or service is required for this condition at this time. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle normally but should not attempt to flat tow the vehicle. Engineering is currently working on a software solution for this condition that is expected by the 4th quarter of 2024. Replacement/reprogramming
