Official summary
In the interest of customer satisfaction, Subaru of America, Inc. (Subaru) is initiating this service program for certain 2023 model year Legacy and Outback vehicles equipped with STARLINK® InVehicle Technology. As a result of 3G network no longer being available, the DCM may not connect to 4G VoLTE for voice calls and the call will fail.
