Official summary
Some 2022-2024 F-150 Lightning vehicles may exhibit an intermittent inoperative power hood (frunk) during opening and/or closing with a Frunk Fault Service Required message in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) with DTC U2001:68 in the front hatch control module (FHCM) with no other DTCs stored in the FHCM. The power hood (frunk) will still open when using the manual lever release and close when pressed down manually. This may be due to the software level of the FHCM.
