Official summary
Some 2024 F-Super Duty non-Tremor vehicles equipped with four-wheel drive (4WD) may exhibit a slight rotational grinding noise from the front axle while driving in two-wheel drive (2WD). If the noise does not occur with the vehicle driven in 4WD, this may be due to the non-selectable right side hublock on the front axle. To correct the condition, replace the right front hublock with a selectable hublock, service part number PC3Z-3B396-A. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 307-07A.
