TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN: SERVICE ACTION: PSM/IMS UNIT REPLACEMENT (SA555) - This bulletin provides information regarding a 12V battery parasitic draw concern on certain 2024MY Carnival (KA4) vehicles produced from August 28, 2023 through September 7, 2023. In these vehicles, the battery may discharge slowly over time while the vehicle is parked, potentially resulting in a no-start condition due to the power seat module (PSM) / integrated memory seat (IMS) unit, which was assembled with an incorrect internal ceramic capacitor by the supplier.
