Official summary
This Preliminary information communicates if a vehicle comes to the dealer with a trouble code U0585 or U0586 the technician is to check GWM to see if the bumper shutter setting the code has been replaced previously. If it has they are to diagnose it following SI. If it has not been they are instructed to replace the shutter that is setting the code.
