2024 Explorer/Aviator vehicle key fobs are shipped from the factory zip tied together. If the vehicle does not come with the key fob pairs zip tied together at transport delivery to the dealership, validate that both key fobs work. If both key fobs do not work or if only one key fob is present when vehicle is recieved at transport delivery to the dealership, a claim must be made using the Delivery App, or delivery receipt/ePOD process.
