Official summary
Some customers may experience that after VCM reprogramming (such as with TSB 15-002/23), the driver recognition information (of the Driver Personalization System) is not displayed in the center display in some situations. This is caused by improper control software of the Vehicle Control Module (VCM). To eliminate this concern, the control software of the VCM has been modified.
