TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN: DATC HEATER OPERATION LOGIC IMPROVEMENT - This bulletin provides information to upgrade the air condition (AIRCON) software logic on certain 2020-2023MY Telluride (ON) vehicles equipped with Dual Air Temperature Control (DATC), produced from January 9, 2019 through June 6, 2023. The affected vehicles may exhibit temporarily reduced heater performance in cold climates, especially during prolonged idle operation or coasting.
