Official summary
Brake Warning Lamp On In Cold Temperatures Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find that the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) has been set: ? C00500-00 - Brake System Hydraulic Leak. Customers may also experience: ? A brake warning lamp on in Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) and a firmer brake pedal. NOTE: Brakes will function as normal. This bulletin involves updating the BSCM with the latest available software.
