Official summary
Some 2023-2024 Expedition/Navigator vehicles equipped with a roof opening panel built on or before 01-Nov-2023 may exhibit a water leak into the vehicle interior from the driver or passenger front corner area of the roof opening panel. This may be due to a kinked or misrouted roof opening panel drain hose. If this condition is present, refer to Workshop Manual, Section 501-17, Pinpoint Test B6 for Navigator or Pinpoint Test C6 for Expedition to check drain hose flow. Make sure the vehicle is parked on level ground. If drain hose flow is normal, continue diagnosis using Pinpoint Test B for Navi
