Official summary
This Preliminary information communicates a vehicle may come to the dealer with a blank radio display, service instrument cluster message, low voltage codes set or a low/dead 12 volt battery. The technician is instructed to check the calibration in the Brake System Control Module and if necessary reprogram the module. The tech is also instructed to remove and replace the radio fuse if radio concerns are noted.
