Rivian is initiating a customer satisfaction campaign for some 2022 R1T vehicles that may have been builtwith hydraulic suspension jounce lines that could contact the front underbody subframe panel and/or the front wheel liners. Over time the hydraulic suspension jounce lines may rub through due to this contact. As a result, the vehicle may experience a loss of hydraulic pressure, suspension sag, increased body roll, and/ or the vehicle may enter a reduced performance safe-state mode with limited speed.
