Official summary
Rivian is initiating a customer satisfaction campaign for some model year 2022 R1T vehicles that may have been built with a driver assistance/audio/display module that is unable to receive updated HD map information. The inability to receive updated HD map information may cause the performance of the vehicle's Highway Assist feature to degrade over time. Rivian will update the firmware of the module to enable it to receive updated HD map information. Rivian is launching this campaign for customer satisfaction and to ensure the quality of Rivian vehicles.
