Official summary
Rivian is initiating a customer satisfaction campaign for some model year 2022 R1T and R1S vehicles that may have been delivered with a tire sealant kit that is prone to leaking. A leaking tire sealant kit may stain or damage the other components inside the auxiliary air compressor kit. Additionally, the reduced volume of remaining sealant may not be sufficient to seal larger holes in a damaged tire, which the customer would determine when following the instructions in the owner's guide or on the tire sealant kit.
