Official summary
Some 2021-2023 Mustang Mach-E and 2022-2023 E-Transit vehicles may exhibit an inability to clear diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) P0ADA, P0ADE, P0AA1, and/or P0AA4 stored in the battery energy control module (BECM) after high voltage battery junction box (HVBJB) replacement. To correct the condition, download and run the BECM - Reset Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Occurrence Counter application in Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). If the concern persists, refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 414-03A for normal diagnostics.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
