Official summary
Some 2023 Bronco vehicles equipped with a B & O sound system built on 15-Jun-2023 and through 21-Jul-2023 may exhibit a pop sound originating from the vehicle's speakers when the door(s) are opened. This may be due to the software in the digital signal processing module (DSP). To correct the condition, reprogram the DSP Module to the latest software level using the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) diagnostic scan tool. For claiming, use causal part 18806 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
