WIRELESS CHARGING PAD HAS INTERMITTENT OPERATION WITH APPLE IPHONE 12 OR NEWER IF YOU CONFIRM The customer states that the wireless charging pad will not completely charge an Apple iPhone 12 or newer, or the wireless charging pad stops charging an Apple iPhone 12 or newer after approximately 15 seconds. ACTION Follow the steps in the SERVICE PROCEDURE below to: 1. Confirm the current Wireless Charger Control Unit part number. 2. Reprogram the Wireless Charger Control Unit, if applicable.
