Official summary
On the vehicles listed above, the auto unlock feature will only unlock the door(s) that were unlocked when the vehicle was last entered. For example, if the vehicle is set to unlock only the driver?s door on first press of the unlock button on the keyless entry remote (or when using the door handle on KESSY equipped vehicles) and only the driver?s door is unlocked during entry, only the driver?s door will unlock with the auto unlock feature when placed into park or the key is removed from the ignition. This is normal operation, normal characteristic and no diagnosis or repair should be attempt

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
