Official summary

If you have a complaint of DTCs for the low side fuel pressure being out of specification (e.g. P310B), check the fuel pressure with BOTH a mechanical gauge and by the display in Measured Value Block 103. The readings should be 1 bar higher in the MVB due to reading atmospheric pressure + fuel pressure. If the mechanical gauge reading is within specification BUT the MVB 103 reading is not 1 bar higher, check for a possible faulty G410 Low Fuel Pressure sensor.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
