This bulletin provides information on the electronic lock (e-lock) and instructions for when the front and/or rear doors cannot be opened, fault messages are in the driver information system such as exit warning, central locking, or child safety lock warnings, and one or more DTC is stored B122D26, B122B13, B14FF29 in the control module for any of the four doors.
