Official summary
This Preliminary information communicates to the technicians that if they have a Lyriq that comes in for this concern to disconnect the battery for 15 minutes and retest operation. This could also take a few battery disconnects for the radio to restore functionality. Once restored, technicians are to update the radio and retest.
