Fuel Door Won't Open or is Stuck Closed Customers may experience one or more of the following: ? Fuel door won?t open or is stuck closed. ? Tabs holding the actuator which provide the push to open function on the fuel door have broken (Fig. 1) . This bulletin involves replacing the fuel filler door housing.
