Official summary
Rivian is initiating a customer satisfaction campaign for some model year 2022 and 2023 R1S vehicles that may have been built with the incorrect interior audio amplifier. This results in reduced audio volume or quality for passengers in the 3rd row seat. Rivian will replace the amplifier on all affected vehicles. Rivian is launching this campaign for customer satisfaction and to ensure the quality of Rivian vehicles.
