Some 2022-2023 Expedition/Navigator vehicles equipped with a family entertainment system may experience system concerns. For assistance, contact the VOXX Customer Service Dept. at 1-866-869-7888. If possible, record the device serial number by selecting the gear icon from the home screen, then Settings, scroll to Device and Software, select About, then Your TV and the serial number will be shown on the right-hand side.
