Official summary
Some 2023 F-Super Duty vehicles may experience the inability to use a QR code to set up Amazon Alexa. When a QR code is scanned, the wake word option may not appear on the center display screen to access Amazon Alexa. This may be due to the accessory protocol interface module (APIM) software and replacement or reprogramming of the APIM may not resolve this condition. Inform customers that engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition and will be released via an over the air (OTA) software update expected in Q2 2023.
