Official summary
Some 2021-2022 Transit vehicles may exhibit a rear door that does not open or close correctly. The vehicle may also exhibit a condition of the rear door swinging all the way open. This may be due to the rear door switch. Inform customers the operation of the rear door switch has been updated in the Ownerà ´s Manual. Refer Ownerà ´s Manual (HTML), section Doors and Locks > Operating the doors from outside your vehicle > Opening and Closing the Doors. If the rear door switch is not damaged but the issue is still present, remove the switch and inspect the internal latch system. Remove the rear
