Official summary
Some 2019 Ranger vehicles equipped with an 8 in. center display screen may have had the climate control buttons no longer present on the center display screen after accessory protocol interface module (APIM) replacement or dealer software update, although the mechanical buttons for climate are still functional. To correct this condition, perform the APIM configuration programming feature in FDRS. For claiming, use causal part 14G371 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
