Flash: Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Updates Customers may experience one or more of the following: Vehicle may not be able to enter electric mode driving while Fuel Oil Refresh Mode (FORM) is active. FORM staying on too long. This bulletin involves reprogramming the PCM with the latest available software.
