Customer Satisfaction Program - General Motors released Customer Satisfaction Program N222378271 today. This service procedure requires an SD card for programming. The SD cards will be pre-shipped to select dealers free of charge. In error, an insert was included with the SD cards stating to discard the SD cards after use. This is incorrect. The SD cards can be reused. Do not return the SD Cards to SPECMO. Please discard the insert. Attached is a picture of the insert that is to be discarded.
