Race Cool Down Feature Inoperative This bulletin involves installing a hood latch, adding a hood latch switch jumper harness and a Body Control Module (BCM) Reconfiguration. Customers may experience: The ?Race Cool Down? feature does not work.One of the inputs the vehicle looks at for this feature to work properly, is the hood closed status. If the vehicle was built without remote start, the hood latch will not have a close switch in the latch. No Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) will set for this issue.
