Official summary
Rivian is initiating a customer satisfaction campaign for some model year 2022 R1T upper C-Pillar trim panels. The current pillar design meets or exceeds all regulatory requirements. Rivian is implementing a modification to the upper C-pillar trim panel for continuous improvement and to further enhance the performance of the vehicleâ s head protection system which is expected to achieve a â Goodâ rating for the IIHS 2.0 side impact protocol. Rivian is launching this campaign for customer satisfaction and to ensure the quality of Rivian vehicles.
