Some 2020-2023 Lincoln Aviator and 2020-2022 Lincoln Corsair vehicles may exhibit courtesy lamps not illuminating with a door open or always on. Also, ambient lighting may be inoperative or always on. If this concern occurs, check the center console cup holder area for evidence of liquid intrusion first. Liquid can short the local interconnect network (LIN) circuit. Temporarily disconnect the console inline connector(s) during diagnosis to isolate circuit shorts.
