Official summary
This Preliminary information communicates to the dealer technician of a possible concern with the low reverse clutch piston. If the customer is experiencing a no reverse or slip in reverse condition technician are advised to inspect the low reverse clutch piston for being torn. Technicians are advised to replace the low reverse clutch piston and the transmission center support if the low reverse clutch piston is torn.
