Official summary
Some 2021-2022 Bronco vehicles equipped with a soft top may exhibit exterior wear on the sides of the top above the B-pillar. This may be due to contact and rubbing between the soft top frame and fabric. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to replace both right and left deflectors attached to the soft top frame and soft top cover.
