Owner Notification Letter - Our records indicate that a PRODUCT UPDATE has not been completed on this vehicle (Vehicle Identification Number [VIN NUMBER]). On certain 2018 Odyssey EX, EX-L, Touring, and Elite trim levels, the Display Audio and rearview camera stay off during a quick ignition cycle. To correct this, an audio software update is available. Honda strongly recommends updating your vehicle as soon as possible.
