This bulletin involves reprogramming the Transmission Control Module (TCM) with the latest available software. In addition Some customers may experience one or more of the following condition:Customer complains of shift quality bumps (Sales Code EZH only). During an engine limp mode condition, the transmission remains in a fixed gear. The following software enhancements are also available:Start Stop quality enhancement (WK with Sales Code ERC only). Transmission shift quality enhancement.
