Official summary
Rivian is initiating a customer satisfaction campaign for some model year 2022 R1T vehicles that may have been built with improperly secured front door fixed glass moldings. In some cases, the molding may not properly adhere to the body, resulting in wind noise. Rivian will inspect the front door fixed glass moldings on both sides of the vehicle and replace with upgraded components, if necessary. Rivian is launching this campaign for customer satisfaction and to ensure the quality of Rivian vehicles.
