Official summary
Some 2022 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with SYNC4 and a 12.3 inch center display screen may exhibit a condition where the air conditioning (A/C) compressor will not engage while attempting to defog the windows, ambient air temperatures are between 60°F (15°C) and 72°F (22°C), and humidity is high. This may be due to the software in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) control module. To correct the condition, reprogram the HVAC module using the latest software version of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) diagnostic scan tool. For claiming, use causal part 18C61
