Official summary
Some 2021-2022 Mustang Mach-E, 2022 F-150 Lightning/e-Transit may experience diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) P1A10 in the secondary on-board diagnostic module C (SOBDMC) and U3012 in the battery energy control module (BECM) after a low voltage service disconnect (LVSD). If both DTCs have set simultaneously, this may be due to the LVSD not being fully seated. Inspect the LVSD C1001 for being fully seated which is located on the left side of the under hood compartment. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 414-03A High Voltage Battery > Mounting and Cables > General Procedures.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
