Please provide the following information to FCA Redacted Content and proceed with engine order. -Vehicle VIN -Vehicle Mileage -Symptoms and reason for engine replacement -STAR case # (if applicable) Someone from the Diesel Engineering team may respond back with further questions, requests for pictures, or provide a Fast track number if the symptomatic engine needs further analysis.
