Owner's Notification Letter - Our records indicate that a Product Update has not been completed on this vehicle (Vehicle Identification Number [VIN NUMBER]). During manufacturing, the rearview camera was not properly sealed. This can let moisture enter the camera, causing the camera display to be cloudy or the camera not to work, and/or a Rear Camera Not Available message to appear.
