Loss of Steering Assist This bulletin involves replacing the steering column due to water intrusion. Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find thefollowing DTCs have been set:C1593-49 - Steering Torque Sensor Circuit - Internal Electronic Failure. C1592-01 - Electronic Power Steering Motor Circuit - General Electrical Failure. C15DB-00 - EPS Disabled. C2217-00 - Electric Power Steering Module Internal. C2210-00 - ECU Over-temperature.
