Official summary
Some 2022 Navigator vehicles may experience an inoperative 2nd row multi-contour seat massager. This may be due to the child safety lock (located on the driver door window control switch) being activated. If the function is inoperative, first verify the child safety lock is not active before performing further diagnostics. For additional information, refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 501-10B Second Row Seats > Overview and/or the Rear Seat section of the Owner's Manual.
